THE HUT

A week long Holiday when we expose ourselves to the elements in greenerycovered tent-like huts. It commemorates G-d sheltering our
ancestors as they traveled from Egypt to the Promised Land.

REJOICING OF THE TORAH

Festival immediately following Sukkot with which the public reading of the Torah is annually concluded and recommenced. Observed with great joy, singing and dancing.

UNE LUMIÈRE DANS LA NUIT

Hanouka est une fête juive hivernale qui dure huit jours. C’est la « Fête des Lumières », célébrée par l’allumage d’une ménorah chaque soir, ainsi que des prières particulières et la consommation d’aliments frits.

Hanouka commence Jeudi soir 10 Décembre, 2020 et se poursuit jusqu'au Vendredi, 18 Décembre, 2020.
